Value of Patient Involvement Along the Product Lifecycle

May 14 | 2:30 PM

A truly patient-centric product strategy means continuous engagement with patients to fully understand their needs, preferences, symptomatology, and impact on quality of life, along with how they feel about a new treatment. The product strategy should showcase the patient-related improvements expected from the product over the standard of care.

This panel will explore the importance of aligning patients with company goals, treatment potential, and pre- and post-launch product strategies and cross-functionally communicating that alignment to stakeholders.

The panel will feature two distinguished speakers:

  • Zack Pemberton-Whiteley, Executive Director, Patient Engagement Centre of Excellence at Novartis
  • Marisa Minetti, Patient Research Partner at Chiesi

The discussion will be moderated by our experienced patient engagement expert Giulia Pierini.
