Carlo Stimamiglio has over 15 years of experience in deal making roles and a global track record of healthcare transactions. Carlo is a recognized author and opinion leader in the global pharmaceutical and medtech manufacturing markets, where he regularly advises M&A deals. Carlo leads Alira Health’s global investment banking practice, supporting companies in the structuring and execution of financing, M&A, and global licensing deals. Carlo holds a Master of Science in finance from the University of Verona and an MBA from IE Business School. He is an investment banking representative, holding FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
Sofia Puzzi Manager, Transaction Advisory Services
Sofia Puzzi joined Alira Health in 2019 and works in the Transaction Advisory Practice focusing on pharmaceutical licensing, MedTech capital raisings and M&A deals. Previously, she worked in Alira Health’s Strategic Consulting Division dealing with commercial due diligences and opportunity assessments with a focus on digital health, contract manufacturing, diagnostics and radiology.
She holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School, in France, with a major in Strategic Consulting and Therapeutic Innovation and a BSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University, in Italy.
