About the Moderator

Aude Ouensanga

Partner, Alira Health Aude has over 10 years of experience driving transformation in the medtech, digital health, biopharmaceutical, and diagnostics industries. She specializes in developing and implementing data-driven and financially sustainable strategies for both startups and Fortune 500 corporations.

Throughout her career, Aude has successfully managed more than 150 market opportunity assessments, growth strategies, go/no-go decisions, portfolio prioritization, go-to-market strategies, due diligence processes, business model definitions, multi-stakeholder value stories, and M&A projects. Her areas of expertise include infection prevention, wound care, drug delivery systems, oncology treatment and diagnostics, vascular access, and digital health.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Aude actively mentors healthcare startups through her roles as a trade advisor for France and her involvement in several incubators.

Aude holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Master’s Degree in Management from Emlyon Business School.
