Dr. Ahmad Bechara

Senior Vice President Global Market Access and Pricing Ahmad provides strategic insight on clinical trial design across several therapeutic areas, including cardiometabolic, hematology, oncology, and rare diseases. Ahmad’s more than 14 years of experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and academic research includes positions at Wellmera and the Global Market Access Cardio-Metabolic franchise of Novartis Global. Ahmad holds a PhD in Genetics and Neuroscience from the University of Claude Bernard in Lyon.

Andrea Mantovani

Vice President, Global Market Access and Pricing Andrea is a pharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry, financial services, and management consulting. As a former member of the Italian leadership committees of multinational pharmaceutical companies, he is fully capable of developing strategic and operational value, access, and policy activities for complex product portfolios, including health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), pricing, national and regional payer value proposition, negotiations, payer engagement, and policy shaping. He is also skilled in leading teams of professionals. Andrea holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master of Science in Marketing and Distribution from the University of Verona in Italy.
